You could be an employee who doesn’t feel organized, a manager or executive learning to manage your own work and be an effective leader at the same time, a working parent, or someone who has recently said one of the following things:

“I just don’t have enough hours in the day!”
“I have too much on my plate!”
“I have no downtime!”
“I feel like I’m failing at work AND at home!”
“Planning is stressing me out!”

Do you wake up at night thinking about something you need to do at work tomorrow? Do you go to bed thinking about all the things you haven’t done today? Do you fall exhausted every night without having had time for yourself? Do you often find yourself struggling to get things done at the last minute?

Were able to quit work at work and be present at home (while doing it all!)

Had time for you everyday

Could show up at every meeting, event or activity prepared and on time

Knew that you were using your time to serve your own goals and values

In this course, I distill all the content, strategies, techniques and skills that I have acquired, developed and implemented over more than 15 years in operations and human resources management in start-ups (and that I use daily with my clients in my time management coaching (practice) in an easy to follow step by step process for anyone looking to make the most of their time.

Time is a finite resource, and perhaps the most precious. In the digital age, our time and attention are being drawn in more directions than ever before. Mastering time management is essential for living a balanced and fulfilling life. Most time management and productivity books and apps claim to be the silver bullet, if you can just keep up with them. However, they do not take into account the fact that we are all different. Not everything will work for everyone. In this course, we start with who YOU are, to create a system that works specifically for you.

The lectures in this course are supplemented with exercises such as uncovering your personal productivity barriers, creating a task system, creating action plans to minimize distractions and increase focus, building a personalized “menu” of rewards and breaks, etc. The exercises ensure that you apply the lecture content in a practical and pragmatic way.

Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less by Greg McKeown it is more than a time management strategy or a productivity technique. It is a systematic discipline to discern what is absolutely essential and then eliminate all that is not, so that we can make the greatest possible contribution to the things that really matter. By forcing us to apply more selective criteria for what is essential, disciplined pursuit at least allows us to regain control of our own decisions about where to spend our precious time and energy, rather than giving others control.
