Adobe InDesign CC – Essentials Training Course
Are you afraid to learn InDesign on your own? Does that sound intimidating? Don’t worry, I promise you that by the end of the first few videos you’ll realize that InDesign is actually a simple program to use. I am a Graphic Designer and Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI) for Adobe InDesign CC.
Together we will work on real projects starting with a simple company flyer, then a company brochure and newsletter. We will create business cards and take control of a very long annual report. You will learn the basics of typography, color theory, and graphic design. We will work with color, choosing yours and also using corporate colors. You will learn how to choose and use fonts like a pro. We will find, resize and crop the images in your documents. There are projects to do, so you can practice your skills and use them for your creative portfolio.
In this course, I provide exercise files for you to play. I’ll also save my files as I go through each video so you can compare yours to mine – handy if something goes wrong. Know that I’ll be there to help – if you get lost you can drop a message on the “Questions and Answers” video below each video and I’ll be sure to get back to you. I’ll share all the design tips I’ve learned over the past 15 years of designing. My goal is for you to finish this course with all the skills you need to start creating beautiful documents with Adobe InDesign CC.
